I was trying to buy using vouchers but there was no prompt to enter the code and I went straight to paying the full amount. Tried the helpline- only got a message saying it would be recorded then nothing. Not even we are closed or redirecting you. Emailed to explain but got standard answer. Now had to return the goods and think about going in to the shop to spend the vouchers. Time consuming and frustrating
