Terrible. My parcel with a very expensive dress in went missing, Cruise was and had been extremely unhelpful. I spent a lot of my own time chasing and calling DPD and Cruise about it. As of yet, 2 weeks on I am still without the item and Cruise are refusing to give me a refund due to not having a DPD claim number, when I offered to give this to customer services they refused as DPD had given it to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
