Very disappointed with the customer service I have received. I placed an order a week ago and after receiving an initial confirmation email I have heard nothing else regarding dispatch etc. This is despite sending numerous emails asking of the progress of my order. Obviously with Xmas a little over a week away I am extremely concerned as to whether I am going to receive my items in time, or if at all!! And if not will my money be refunded???? Extremely poor service.
