Took my cash for a very expensive pair of shoes (@30%) discount. Emailed 2 days later to say they were out of stock and took a further 2 days to return my cash. Very unhappy. No phone number and took an eternity to get a reply via email. Said there was only a "shadow" over my money which tbh is irrelevant as I did not have access to it
