Now,I am a student from the University of Sheffield,and I worked for amazon.cn as a seller parter support (Site:CTU 11,China)last year.
I appreciate that Cruise gives me a brilliant shopping experience,and as a result,I have given up to shop from amazon.co.uk.
There are several main ideas which i want to suggest for Cruise.
Firstly,the tracking system of Cruise is Imperfect ,which means I can not track my passage Whenever i want to.
Secondly,as a Consumer ,I can not find a way to contact with Cruise (i do
Not know if Cruise has a call center like amazon which you can contact by chat,email or phone call)
Finally,I would like to say that"the product details of cruise are bad enough and it should improve." You can compare
to EBC System of amazon or below Apps:Taobao and Jingdong which are the two biggest shopping markets of China.
I really hope that CRUISE will improve these performances in the APP.
PS: I would like to share more advice from a view of customers or Operators .
