I ordered the Gucci Marmont bag in red. When it arrived, it simply came in a plastic bag with no protection whatsoever. The dust bag which accompanied it was dirty and also had no pull tie to close it. It is very hard to believe that an item costing £1350 is posted in this way. There was no wrapping st all around it to protect the leather which could easily have been scratched. The invoice also came crumpled and as a result I am sending the bag back.
