I paid next day delivery for my order only to receive it 5 days later and that was with my efforts of calling to complain. Yes they refunded the delivery charge. 1item was to big so returned for refund, 3weeks later still waiting. I’ve emailed, sent proof of return twice, still waiting....
From start to finish, appalling service.
