I brought a bag from the cruise website on Boxing Day at 2.25pm within an hour my husband came home with the same bag from one of their shops. So I thought I'll cancel the order. Every time I clicked cancel order on the web page it gave me a phone number to dial 08449670732. Which I did straight away to be greeted by a message then put on hold. Each time I held for about 15mins but no answer. So the following morning I went to the shop and they gave me another number. I rang and they told me it had been dispatched I would have to return it at my own cost and a lot of people are trying to get free returns too. I said I've been trying to cancel the order since yesterday but their number is wrong on the web. At first she didn't believe me saying the number she can see is the one the shop gave. I said I clicked the "cancelled order" and "completed order"this number came up which she did find too and said she would mention to the managers that an old number was still on. But she said that still she wouldn't waiver the returns costs. To be fair I wasn't even asking for the delivery cost which I wouldn't be paying if I could of cancelled the order had the right number been given on their web! I tried emailing through the same link too but the same number kept coming up. Their website is very badly designed. And it's the principle of the matter more than cost. Also to have a lot of people ringing about returns says some thing about your returns policy! Even though I query was about the wrong phone number on the web page!
