Cruise are very bad for letting you order items on-line that they don't actually have in stock. They let you place your order and take your payment and then send a refund later. If you check availability once they email to say the item is not in stock, it can still be ordered on their web site, they even send email reminders that the item is still in your basket!
As they charge a postage and packing fee, it is better to order multiple items at once. If you then find that something is not in stock it makes ordering one item very expensive!
