Hi I always shop at the derby shop and the staff are very helpfull BUT in the past 12 months i have spent approx £2000 , i signed up to your loyalty card last year and every time i visit your shop and the staff inform me that the LOYALTY card system is down!!! when i signed up i was told that for every £1000 i spend i will get £100 to spend up to now i have spent £2000 and not been able to spend any rewards due to the system being down how can this be
