I have dealt with cruise numerous times and with the exception of deliveries not being delivered next day even though you pay £6 there ok. But on this occasion I have had to return an item and after falling there customer service on 4 occasions I never managed to get through. I decided to send an email which after 24 hours nobody replied. For me this is second rate customer service from a supposed premium retailer.
