I still haven't received my goods despite ordering over a week ago. They were sent to my office via yodel but refused for delivery with no reason as to why and no update. I called twice and was on hold for half an hour before giving up due to it being a costly 08 number. I have also sent two contact email forms to which there was only a response on Saturday. I still don't know if the product has been resent or not??? I have been a loyal customer of both the Derby and Leicester stores for years and never used the online service before. I won't be using it again unless it can be proven that this is a one off mistake and any form of retribution has been made
