I shop at cruise quite often, online and in store. Recently put an order for delivery online but nothing showed up so I contacted customer services for them to tell me it had been cancelled as it was out of stock. If I hadn't contacted them how would I have found out that it was out of stocked and my money was waiting to go back into my account?
