I have ordered online several times and never had any problems with my orders. Unfortunately my last order there have been a few issues and I am still waiting to get an answer about my missing jumper that was not in my parcel. This was for a present so I have had to go out and buy another gift elsewhere as I have not had an answer about this item. Also I had ordered 2 kids t-shirts the same style but different colours and on the website they said there was stock but when my order was processed I got a credit for 1 of the colours which was no use for me as the gift was for twins boys so I needed 2 of the same style of top. I was generously refunded the delivery so that I could order the t-shirt in another colour.
