Cruise website is pretty good. Unfortunately when I ordered a pair of jeans The leg length was too long. I took the jeans in to my local cruise store in Glasgow and they are not able to refund or exchange anything that has been bought from the cruise website. I think this is very poor and a huge inconvience. I now have to send the jeans back costing more money for postage. This I think is something management should sort out.
