My order was very late as I orderd on 17th dec didn't recieve till the 31st
It was a gift for xmas for someone and they left on the 30th dec
I know the item was in Aberdeen on 24th dec but I had a very hard time getting ahold of yodel when I did get a hold of them finally on the 29th they guaranteed delivery for the 30th so I didn't think it was that bad I could still give gift before they left for abroad but it wasn't deliverd till noon on the 31st when I was out of town
So basically I feel I had a bad service all round
