I was disappointed in the customer service lately as the customer service I received for an order I made over the festive period as I was unable to add the "TAKE20" 20% discount code to the order but emailed right after it in order to obtain the size I required. I had to accept the 20% extra due to the online system.
Nobody has responded to me in regards to my complaint issued last week
