My goods were ordered on 26 December and I still do not have them .
Apparently the courier ( Yodel) have been to my home but they never left a calling card any time they were here .
Yodel won't let you chat to any one online .
I eventually got through via telephone to England but I still can't go and collect my goods ( I only knew there had been an attempt to deliver goods as I tracked online - no calling card was left ) . According to Yodel there is an issue with the address and I wouldn't be able to collect . They in turn have referred me back to Cruise .
Cruise haven't replied to any e-mails in days so I have tried to contact Sports Direct as this is the name I ws given by Yodel however they are not answering to calls or e-mails either . So I am sitting 14 days later and several 0845 getting charged rates phone calls later and no goods yet that have been paid for and a delievry charge too !
