Ordered a YSL bag, once received I noticed it was scuffed to bits on the front and back, which I emailed customer services straight away. I called customer services several times over two working days, no response so I returned the bag special delivery which I noticed it has been signed for. Third day I did speak to someone and was told it would take about seven days for a refund! Day five I have had no notification of return ie email of the bag! It's been nearly a week since I received the bag and have had contact from Cruise fashion what so ever. Not at all happy!!!
