The variety and quality of items are 5 star but the delivery costs and returns process are terrible. I order quite regularly and never order anything under £200, but I still have to pay £7 delivery costs which isn’t even next day delivery and if I need to return anything I have to pay for that as well. Quite shocking considering the amount I spend.
