I recently was interested in purchasing a Hugo Boss shirt size 16.5 in the sale, I decided that if I may as well order a DKNY top and a pair of trainers, as they were a good price and it made sense as I was paying a delivery charge anyway.
After completing the order I received a cancellation email for the Hugo Boss shirt and the trainers I immediately sent a mail to enquire if a size 17 could be included instead, I received no reply!! I tried to call customer care twice waiting for over 10 minutes with out being able to speak to a representative.
A couple of days later I received the DKNY top which at £19.20 with a £6 delivery charge I would not have ordered as a lone order. The most annoying thing is that both the Hugo Boss shirt and trainers are still showing as available on the Cruise web site ( I have since reordered the Hugo Boss shirt 6 times over the next week receiving a cancellation email each time)
Up to this I was a cruise fan using the Victoria Centre shop for several purchases and a couple of purchases from the sale online. I feel let down by the service I have received.
