Shipping of the pacels is efficent as well as the packaging on the parcel. When shopping online you are taking a gamble as to whither the item with fit or not and on a few occassions i have had to return items.
I feel that there should be a free returns service as the costs are mounting up for each time a parcel is returned. Also, the lenght of time for the money to be release after a refund is authorised is not the fastest.
