Did not honor reduced price after items went on additional sale (even before the items were recievd!), Customer service was not friendly and did not respond to my complaint.
I could not return the unwanted item to a Cruise store in town and had to pay 12 GBP shipping cost to return an overpriced item.
I doubt i will ever buy from this store again.
