They Emailed me to tell me part of my Order was out of stock so I tried to cancel immediately and they said it had already been dispatched.they said they would give a full if I refused delivery of the item .
The delivery driver dropped the parcel off at a neighbours so I couldn't refuse delivery so I have paid full postage for an item I wanted to cancel and postage to send it back .
I emailed customer services a week ago to explain it had been left at a neighbours so I was unable to refuse delivery and I still waiting for response
