First time ordering online from Cruise and will not be doing this again! I waited over two weeks for delivery and when my parcel didn't arrive I emailed Cruise to be told items were coming from an external warehouse. I left it another few days to call up and wait over half an hour to get through to an agent who asked if I wanted to either wait or cancel as they hadn't secured the stock for my order. I was then emailed to say one item had been cancelled due to no stock. I have emailed back to Cruise almost a week ago now to resolve and had no response. Overall a very poor ordering system, allowing customers to place orders without stock of items in the first place, and customer service could be much better.
