Updating stock status online is poor. I have attempted to purchase items online on 4 occasions of which only 1 was successful. Communication on order status is extremely poor. Of the 3 orders cancelled by cruise, only once was I notified this was the case. In comparison to other online stores, Cruise are poor and as such I will no longer purchase from them online.
