I ordered my item on 29th September and did not arrive until 10th October, the first time I had an acknowledgement from Cruise was 9th October. When my item arrived it was dirty, there were black marks on the front and left shoulder! This top was for my son for a special occasion which he could not wear. I have since returned the item and want a full refund. Very disappointed with the whole service and won’t be using you again!
