I ordered two items shown on your website at very cheap prices which was the reason I was happy to agree to the delivery charge of £6.00. I paid the total sum and was then told a day later that one of the items was out of stock.
I ended up paying more for delivery than the item that was delivered!!
I am still waiting on a refund of £10 for the other item.
Also, the item that was delivered went to the billing address not the delivery address.
A very poor on line shopping experience.
