I placed an order with yourselves and received a confirmation email to confirm my order had been placed. A full week later, I still hadn't heard anything else about my order and whether or not it had been dispatched. I appreciate you are busy over sale periods, however I feel you could keep your customers more up to date as it left me worried about where my order was, especially as you clothing costs a lot of money. I then had to get in touch with you to find out what was happening. By the time I received any reply it was too late as my order had been delivered, however it left me wondering for another few day where my order was.
Also, your website lead me to believe deliveries were made on working days only. I therefore entered my shipping address as my work address as we are open Monday to Friday. I then receive a text on a Saturday morning stating "sorry we misse you". I then had to get in my car and go meet the delivery driver as I was worried about it going back to a depot and having difficulty getting it delivered yet again. To be fair, the driver was very helpful however he works for yodel and not cruise.
Overall a poor experience.
