I think delivery costs are too expensive £6 when you dont receive the goods for a week is very poor, im a courier by trade and know it doesnt cost £6 per delivery so you are making money off delivery also, when your competitors offer free delivery.
I recently purchased an item and had to pay return delivery as well so £10 to try an item is an outrage, I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
