Half my order was cancelled, after discussing with customer services for the first time the agent hung up on me. The second time I called the agent was very helpful. There are many online stores offering the same, if not better prices with free delivery. I have tried to stay loyal to Cruise ( mainly in store, but also online ) but after this incident I will have to consider the stores I use.
