Happy with the slippers I ordered, well packaged and delivered in a reasonable time. I also liked the email updates on my package. However, the Jimmy Choo shoes I also ordered were apparently out of stock. They have been on the website for over 3 weeks and this was my third attempt to order them. Why are they still being advertised after all this time if you don't have them?
