Iv received the incorrect size trainers. The box has size six on as we ordered, but a size four inside. Customer support told us to exchange them at flannels in metro center but shop said it isn’t possible!

it’s still not resolved Alicia my daughter got size four trainers for her size six feet on her bday off her Dad!!!
I’ll try to correct in Newcastle on Sunday as advised by another member of your customer support when I arrive home tomorrow (Saturday) from working away before i go away again on Monday.
Not a great experience!!!
