First and last time to shop with cruises. The jacket was nothing like the images. You had styled it on the images that it was tailored or slim fit. It was more like a grandad fit that anything else.
THEN
You charge to return it (postage costs are upon the purchaser) laughable and I won't be buying anything ever again from cruise.
Whoever is in charge of these policy's needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Your competitors are laughing at you.
