Delivery of goods was quick and efficient, however returning proved problematic !
Due to the monetary value of the goods .. I telephoned customer services to ask if I Could return in store .. was met with a very pleasant lady who said of course that would not be a problem . However after travelling 12 miles and arriving at store .. the customer service went downhill rapidly ! I was told I would only be offered an exchange and they didn’t have the goods in stock ... I advised the lady of my call to customer services to be told that .. they are not ‘obliged “ to tell customers exchange only in store and goods have to be returned via post for a refund .. so I am now £14 down for delivery / returns for goods that weren’t suitable ! Not sure I’ll order from cruise online again !
