Ordered sunglasses from Website. I received my parcel quickly after point of order, however the sunglasses I received were not the ones I ordered. The ones I ordered were stylish aviators, the ones I received were plastic and tacky looking, something more akin to being bought in a cheap shop in Blackpool. To say I was annoyed is an understatement, and I queried why I was sent substitute sunglasses which bore no correlation to the ones I ordered.
I was informed that this was a computer systems issue, and have been told I will receive a full refund.
