I thought the despatch and delivery of my item was excellent, however I thought the presentation of it quite poor. I ordered a dress which came in a cellophane bag with no hanger, and a black material cruise bag was folded in the package. The dress was great, but I expected it to be packaged more luxurious when it cost £750 in the sale. Came packaged like something my kids would have spent £9.99 on at boohoo. Having said that I loved the dress and like I said despatch was excellent.
