Hugo Boss jacket and jumper arrived. Packaging was a plain black plastic bag with the jacket roughly rolled up inside. Jumper was in a separate plastic bag inside. Not what I expect when purchasing premium products. Communication with Cruise had to be made by myself to find out the status of my order. On the whole I would say the service wasn't great.
