No problems at all, I order a t shirt and 2 pairs of jeans. The jeans didn't fit so I sent them back. I was refunded the amount within 3 days and everything was fine. I would totally use again.
Would of been a 5 out of 5 but I did order 2 pairs of jeans of different styles and they sent me both the same ones. Also when I emailed about this I didn't get a reply.
All in all a good service, just a shame the jeans were like trying to get toothpaste back in the tube and they didn't have the next size up!
