Not only did the Juicy Couture zip jacket look as it had been shoved into a plastic bag and then a knot tied in the plastic, the Juicy Couture tshirt still had the large security tag through it. After countless phone calls and waiting over 45 minutes for Customer Services, I tried to email but I had to choose a category that didnt fit my query in order to communicate the problem. In the meantime I phoned the Glasgow store to ask if they could take off the large tag; a very knowledgeable lady informed me that the shops tags are different from mail order tag, so I couldn't go there . She also apologised. Eventually I had an email from Customer Service to send the tshirt back, the tag would be removed and sent back. I had to ask about recouping my postage . So this was a very long drawn out business . From now on, I'll just go into the shop as the staff are wonderful and so helpful . I've never received such poor mail order service ever.
