Unfortunately not a good online shopping experience, due to the fact the security tag was left on the purchased item and had to be sent back to be removed, meaning my son could not wear it on the date he wanted it for!
Although the customer services team have been very helpful dealing with this matter and organising for the postage to be refunded, it has been very inconvenient.
