I ordered an Alexander Wang Rockie bag in the color Flamingo. It was stained. I'm In the process if returning the item. I had emailed twice on this matter & finally received a response.
Also, I fid kit like the packaging of the item. I had to pay extra delivery charges which I thought were already included in my order. Disappointed!
