Felt I have to return back on to the review page as I complained about not receiving my voucher. I then sent cruise an email about there reviews page and how mostly everyone else has had been treated with the same problem. I have just this minute checked my email and I have received the voucher for the £100. As I reviewed at my dissatisfied customer service I had to put my review on the page to let the people know that they should check their email and see if they have received it. Good luck everyone!
