I'm really disappointed to give a poor review, but after spending over £150 plus £7 on delivery, the gift I'd ordered arrived in a battered box, not reflecting the spend. When I called customer care, I was advised I need to return the item (at my cost unless I provide photos of the battered box) and if it arrives back they will send another one of the only 3 remaining products that are the same as mine - very unlikely given the time of year. I was disappointed with the quality of one of my items also. The delivery of the third item was much better, at least it came wrapped in appropriate packaging but overall I'm not sure what if anything I will keep and its unlikely I will shop with Cruise again. Disappointing service and disappointing customer service.
