I ordered Vivienne Westwood boxer shorts as a gift but when the parcel arrived the box was very badly bashed/damaged and not able to be given as a gift which was really disappointing. I called your customer service department but the advisor was quite unhelpful. All she suggested I do was refer to your returns process in your website. I explained I’d already done that and noted that I would have to pay postage to return the goods which I found unfair given the parcel was damaged. When I explained this the advisor simply said I could take photographs of the package and send them to you but that it would take some time to consider/resolve. I have since just paid the postage and returned the goods for a refund but I’m really disappointed with the experience and I won’t be ordering from Cruise again in the future or recommending any of my friends and family do so either.
