Bought Moncler Jacket FAKE.
The jacket had to sent it to Italy to Moncler premises however the Moncler brand officer reported as counterfeit item. I communicated with the retailer and was agreed for refund. I felt that they could do much more than the minimum value repaid.
And also Should be exceptional polite when a customer approaching them at their retail site four times for such a kind of issue.
