The Good: Good price for the item I purchased, and it was shipped quickly.
The Bad: The security tag was left on the item when I received it, not sure how I'm going to get it off without damaging the item. Also, the customs form had a sale price of £464.00 pounds, while I paid $464.00 US dollars, so customs wanted to charge me more based on the error in the form. It took a few phone calls to DHL/US Customs to resolve the matter.
