Awful experience. Products ordered and paid for 11 days before Christmas arrived, 9 days after.
Customer Service contacted on 21st (with a 45 minute wait on hold) and promised to escalate the delivery for the next working day or to provide an explanation by email that it wasn’t arriving in time to be a present. No email received. Another long hold to customer service to be told that it wasn’t being delivered, but no explanation as to why not.
Very disappointing. I’ve no doubt they were incredibly busy and similarly don’t doubt that I was not the biggest of customers. That said, a little professionalism, a little bit of explanation and the merest attempt at proactive communication would have avoided what instead became a dereliction of any attempt at customer service. The product when it arrived was excellent, but had already had a replacement from another company take its place on Christmas Day. You live an learn as to which companies to trust with your business.
