Not a happy customer! I ordered Alexander McQueen trainers in a uk size 3 and paid for delivery. I received a size 5 and when calling up the man I spoke to said I would have to come to the store and do an exchange to get the 3 therefore defeating the purpose of delivery. I also asked if the shoes could have been put on hold to which he said ‘na, we don’t do that!’ I said it wasn’t my fault the wrong size of shoes had been delivered and the reply I got was ‘well there is not much else I can do about it’. I ended up going to Flannels as it was closer to home and the gentleman I spoke to was exceptional nice and helpful. He couldn’t stop apologising much to the dismay of Cruise. He said if I had called flannels out of courtesy they would have put them past for me. Although the supervisor in flannels couldn’t do anything about the delivery as it was online he did give me the customer service number to contact. Flannels I could not fault, Cruise on the other hand . . .
