I received a Michael kors purse with no packaging and the tag inside the purse. It was just thrown into a black plastic bag and posted. I asked for some wrapping or a box and received a reply last Friday saying Stephanie in customer services would contact the warehouse for packaging but have heard nothing since. I have contacted Michael Kors and have been told all their products should come with outer protective wrapping etc when posted. I have emailed your customer service twice this week for an update but still nothing. I need this wrapping etc as I am to give the purse as a birthday present otherwise I will return it and demand a refund through paypal.
